The Kingston Estate is a truly magnificent Georgian Mansion set in the heart of South Devon, one of the UK’s most stylish, extraordinary and exclusive wedding venues.
The Kingston Estate has been occupied for centuries, the present house was built in 1735, a Grade II listed building considered by many historians to be one of the finest surviving Georgian residencies in Devon. Since acquiring the estate in 2014, we, a local family have worked meticulously to maintain the estate’s natural charm and elegance, whilst continually striving to create one of Devon’s most exclusive and quintessential wedding venues.
We pride ourselves as a unique wedding venue and host bespoke wedding celebrations to provide a lifetime of happy memories. We believe anything and everything is possible at the Kingston Estate, whether you wish to get married in the stunning Walled Garden, enjoy drinks in the magnificent Kingston House, party in the atmospheric Undercroft night club or even arrive by helicopter. The Kingston Estate is, by far, one of the best country house wedding venues to host your perfect day.
At the Kingston Estate you have your very own wedding and event planner to plan every detail of your day or weekend to ensure that it runs like clockwork. We also allow you to prepare for your day with full access to the estate the day before the wedding.
The Kingston team will be at hand to help you set up for the big day ensuring that by late afternoon you can relax with friends and family to enjoy the wedding eve. Whether you wish to have a pre-wedding gathering in the main house, cocktails in the Library Bar, games on the lawn, a pizza feast in The Big Yurt or a chilled out pamper evening in the cottages, the Kingston Team are happy to accommodate your every requirement.
On the morning of the wedding the bridal party can enjoy getting ready with close friends and family in the beautiful Mansion House overlooking all the 15 acre estate - the perfect start to your magical day.

The Kingston Estate is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships but for those seeking something a little more traditional we have plenty of beautiful churches in the vicinity. You are truly spoilt for choice when getting married at Kingston and we are proud to offer a host of different wedding ceremony options; from an intimate wedding in our exquisite Marble Hall, the cosy Undercroft, outside in the 18th Century Walled Garden or in our tranquil Rose Garden the choice is yours. We can also accommodate a large indoor ceremony by way of the rustic Linhay Barn, The Big Yurt or our out-house Cowshed Barn with breathtaking views of the front gardens. With so many options we believe you will be spoilt for choice in deciding where to say your "I Do's!."
